Pressure Transmitters
Generally used for situations where constant water pressure or air pressure is required so that when the demand for supply changes, the outlet pressure stays unchanged due to the VSD's/Solar Drive's speed adjusting according to the requirement.
TCGC offers Fixed Cable Pressure Transmitters with the following specifications:
- Supply Power: 24V DC
- Range: 0 to10,16 or 25 Bar options
- Output: 4-20mA
- Accuracy: 0.5% F.S.
- Cable Length: 6m
TCGC also offers 10 Bar Pressure Transmitter models with a Self-Install Cable (6m), Packard Connector (6m) or M12 4-Pin Connector (5m).
Liquid Level Transmitters
Used with Variable Speed and Solar Drives for water level control solutions.
TCGC offers a Level Transmitter with the following specifications:
- Supply Power: 12-30VDC
- Range: 0-5mH20
- Output: 4-20mA
- Accuracy: 0.5% F.S.
- Cable Length: 5m
*Please use shielded cable to prevent electromagnetic interference by other appliances when using instruments. For EMC Mitigation: 1) Allow for at least 20cm distance between communication cables and motor wires. 2) Do not use the same cable tray. 3) Insert wires in metal pipes if possible.
Axial Flow Fan's (Cooling/ Panel Fan's)
The following Fan's are available (different Sizes and Specification options available):
- 24V DC
- 220V AC Single-Phase
- 380V AC 2-Wire
- 380V AC 3-Wire
- All Fan's include a Grill (Net Cover) and M4 bolts/nuts.
- All DC Fan's as well as some of the small 220V and 380V Fan's include a Filter (Dust Net).
- The larger 220V and 380V Fan's include a Shutter (instead of a Filter).
- Life: 30000 ~ 70000hrs

Switching Power Supplies
Switching mode power supplies (SMPS) are designed to convert AC (alternating current) to DC (direct current).
TCGC offers the following Switching Power Supplies:
- ~220V Ac to 12V DC: 1A, 2A, 3.2A and 5A models
- ~220V AC to 24V DC: 1A, 2A, 3A and 5A models
Signal Isolators
Signal isolator are used to isolate the connections between instrument equipment, meaning that there is no common "ground" between the input and output, so that signal transmission is not affected.
TCGC offers the following Signal Isolators:
- 4-20mA Passive Signal Isolator: Do not require an external power source
- 4-20mA Active Signal Isolator: Requires an external power source
- 0-10V Active Signal Isolator: Requires an external power source
Ferrite Rings (High Frequency)
Ferrites are designed to clean common mode noise (signal) generated from either a signal line or power cable, by suppressing electromagnetic emissions - blocking low-frequency noise and absorbing high-frequency noise. This avoids/suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI/EMC) for high-frequency inductors, transformers, antennas, etc

4-20mA Signal Generator
Signal Generators are high precision panel-mounted devices with LCD display (display accuracy = 0.01mA) which allows for an adjustable output signal range through the encoder knob.
USB to RS485 Adaptor
The USB to RS485 Converter Module is a converter that allows connecting a RS485 Serial Communications network or system via the USB Protocol, operating on a simple 2-wire interface.
PV Diode Modules
A PV Diode with Amp rating of at least 5 x the Solar Drive’s Amp Rating is recommended, although Diodes from 2 x the Solar Drive’s Amp Rating can be considered, but then the Diodes need to be installed with their own heatsink and cooling to ensure adequate heat dissipation.
